We offer reliable standard delivery via trusted local couriers across Ghana. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days within Accra and 2 to 5 business days for other regions. Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 12 PM.

At the moment, Cedisaver does not offer international shipping. We currently serve customers within Ghana only. However, international shipping is part of our future plans—so stay tuned!

Using Paystack as our payment gateway, we accept a range of secure payment options, including:

Yes, we do! As long as your card is Visa or MasterCard-enabled and authorized for international payments, you can use it at checkout.
No, we do not currently charge any additional sales tax on our items. The prices you see on our website are final, with no hidden fees at checkout (excluding delivery charges where applicable).
Shipping & Returns
We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out! To return an item, please reach out to our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide any necessary return details.
Once we realise you ordered a product that is out of stock, your refund will be processed within 5 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s complete.
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it, as we begin processing orders quickly. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and the changes you’d like to make.
