As tradition dictates, Liverpool’s 2025-26 home kit by Adidas sticks with the club’s iconic red — this time dubbed “Strawberry Red” — paired with crisp white accents for a clean, classic look.
When it comes to design, it’s a no-frills throwback. The new home shirt channels serious nostalgia, drawing clear inspiration from the 2006-07 kit, minus the oversized collar. Featuring cuffed sleeves, a simple crewneck, and white trim for the crest and sponsor, it’s a sharp, timeless piece that signals Adidas’ grand return to Anfield.
That 06-07 strip holds a special place in fans’ hearts; it was the first kit Adidas crafted after taking over from Reebok in 2006, and was famously worn by club legends like Steven Gerrard, Xabi Alonso, and Daniel Agger.
This actually isn’t the first time that the Kobe, Japan-based brand has applied a grayscale approach to this silhouette, but we haven’t seen this particular colorway before. The mixture of materials is very similar to previous GEL-NYC releases; the predominantly “Black” upper is nicely contrasted by a shiny silver overlay, and “Graphite Gray” appears throughout the sole, with a nice gradient shift at the midsole.
The latest colorway of the Nike Zoom Fly 5, “Pink Oxford,” for women, is an additional option for those who prefer sweet, pastel colors.
The Engineered Mesh upper comes in a dull pink, Pink Oxford, and uses a sweet pink, Pink Gaze, inside, and contrasts with a transparent Swoosh with red University Red stripes. There is also a gradient of pink on the white SR-02 foam midsole. Inside is ZoomX that is left over from production, pressed into new blocks and placed inside. Of course, it still comes with a carbon plate as usual. Finished with a rubber sole that comes in black. This model is positioned as a running shoe for speed training and can be worn in competitions.
