The original MR530 combined turn of the millennium aesthetics with the reliability of a high milage running shoe. The reintroduced 530 applies a contemporary, everyday style outlook to this performance-minded design. A segmented ABZORB midsole is paired with a classic mesh and synthetic overlay upper design, which utilizes sweeping curves and angles for a distinctive, high-tech look.
The 9060 is a new expression of the refined style and innovation-led design of the classic 99X series. The 9060 reinterprets familiar 99X elements with a warped sensibility inspired by the proudly futuristic, visible tech aesthetic of the Y2K era. Sway bars, taken from the 990, are expanded and utilized throughout the entire upper for a sense of visible motion, while wavy lines and scaled up proportions on a sculpted pod midsole place an exaggerated emphasis on the familiar cushioning platforms of ABZORB and SBS.
The latest colorway of the Nike Zoom Fly 5, “Pink Oxford,” for women, is an additional option for those who prefer sweet, pastel colors.
The Engineered Mesh upper comes in a dull pink, Pink Oxford, and uses a sweet pink, Pink Gaze, inside, and contrasts with a transparent Swoosh with red University Red stripes. There is also a gradient of pink on the white SR-02 foam midsole. Inside is ZoomX that is left over from production, pressed into new blocks and placed inside. Of course, it still comes with a carbon plate as usual. Finished with a rubber sole that comes in black. This model is positioned as a running shoe for speed training and can be worn in competitions.
